Stephanie Tronoc

In her role as the Intake Manager for Weir & Kestner Injury Lawyers, Stephanie is the first point of contact for all new clients. She oversees the intake process from start to finish, reviewing incoming case inquiries, coordinating consultations, and gathering essential information and documentation. Stephanie prides herself on her strong communication skills and is dedicated to building positive client relationships by ensuring a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience.

Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Stephanie brings a strong sense of community and connection. She studied Computer Science at Middle Tennessee State University, developing a solid foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Outside of work, Stephanie loves spending time with her boyfriend, baking for friends and family, staying active in the gym, and looking for 4-leaf clovers on walks.
