In December of 2024, our client was driving his vehicle on Sam Ridley Parkway in Smyrna, Tennessee, when a delivery truck attempted to change lanes and negligently moved over into Plaintiff’s lane. The delivery truck then collided with our client. Unfortunately, as a direct result of the Defendant’s negligence, the impact of the collision injured our client.
