Heleen

Heleen was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and proudly comes from a Kurdish background. She is fluent in both English and Kurdish. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Tennessee State University. After college Heleen, gained valuable experience as an assistant case manager for a large personal injury office in Nashville. She immersed herself in understanding the intracacies and nuances of a personal injury case. It was not long before she knew she had more to offer.

Wanting to be more hands on with clients and be a part of something more, Heleen joined Weir & Kestner Injury Lawyers in 2025 as the office’s Litigation Manager. Heleen works closely with personal injury clients and guides them through the litigation process. She enjoys connecting with clients and helping them through the legal process with care and understanding.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and staying connected to her Kurdish heritage.
