The police report confirmed a “Sideswipe, Opposite Direction” collision. Our client’s car, a 2019 Nissan (blue-dark), had “Disabling Damage” and documented our client sustained a “Suspected Injury.”  She was transported by EMS to Stonecrest Medical.
