Raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Karol began her undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga before completing her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Middle Tennessee State University. She is currently pursuing her J.D. at the Nashville School of Law and is an active member of the Legal Aid Society, reflecting her commitment to both professional growth and community service.<\/p>

Karol started at Weir & Kestner Injury Lawyers as an intern while in college and quickly became an important asset to the team. Now, in her full-time role at the firm, Karol works directly with clients from the very beginning of their cases, helping guide them through the legal process with care, clarity, and compassion. She collaborates closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure every client receives the support and attention they need during challenging times.<\/p>

Outside of work, Karol enjoys spending time with her family, especially her niece and nephew, as well as her high school sweetheart.
